Aimed at young people from the northern region of Mexico, especially the cities of Guadalajara and Monterrey, this series of “Think Us” program will take place the week of Monday, May 3 to Friday, May 7, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (local time in Mexico City).
Virtual thinking program aimed at the emotional health of young people, comprises a cycle of 5 virtual meetings per group (two exploratory, two thought and one conclusion) in which a group of young people from a diversity of regions and contexts will conduct a thinking experience, there will be two groups this time. This is the first experience of this program in Mexico.
Each virtual meeting comprises a total of 2 hours that are made up of an initial common space, a space in small groups where a topic or a word will be addressed and a concluding space.
The general objective of the program is to improve the well-being and emotional health of young people in a context of crisis and great challenges, starting with education.
Its specific objectives include: increasing opportunities for young people to meet their peers; increase the sense of community and integration; stimulate expression in all its possible ways; promote and increase the possibilities of young people to express their emotions and feelings, in an environment of mutual respect and listening, and generate an environment of listening and collaboration involving different actors.
