From May 12 to June 9, every Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Lisbon local time), the first edition of the Scholas Pensarnos Program will be held in Cascais, Portugal.

This online program, aimed at the emotional health of young people, comprises a cycle of virtual meetings (some exploratory, others for thought and the last one for conclusion) in which a group of young people from a variety of countries and contexts will carry out a thought experience. There will be two groups this time.

Each virtual meeting comprises a total of 2 hours that are made up of an initial common space, a space in small groups where a topic or a word will be addressed and a concluding space.

The general objective of the program is to improve the well-being and emotional health of young people in a context of crisis and great challenges, starting with education.

Its specific objectives include: increasing opportunities for young people to meet their peers; increase the sense of community and integration; stimulate expression in all its possible ways; promote and increase the possibilities of young people to express their emotions and feelings, in an environment of mutual respect and listening, and generate an environment of listening and collaboration involving different actors.
